Prepare your spirit. The Glory of the Lord is about to meet us in unprecedented ways!

The Hebrew word Shamar means: to keep, guard, protect, watch over to preserve and care for something valuable to be alert and attentive like a watchman on the wall.

Prophetically, Shamar means to stay watchful and vigilant in the spirit realm. We must remain alert, discerning, and watchful over all the Lord has instore for us in this season.

To Shamar the season means Guarding what God is doing right now and  not letting the enemy steal, distract, or distort it. Watching in prayer, standing as a spiritual watchman, staying alert to heaven’s Kairos  timing and warnings. Protecting and Stewarding the prophetic seeds of promise — nurturing what God has planted until it comes to fullness and maturation. Honoring God’s timing — being careful not to rush ahead or drag behind, but aligning with the Lord’s appointed season.

To Shamar the season is to be a spiritual watchman — guarding, protecting, and faithfully stewarding what God is doing until the harvest fully manifests.

“ Man shall not live by bread alone, [c]but by every word of God.” Luke 4:4

The Heart of This Fast

We are not starving ourselves we are stirring up spiritual hunger by radical pursuit of God We are aligning as the Remnant to hear God’s voice with clarity and precision.

We are preparing for supernatural encounters, breakthroughs, blessings, revelations, and above all we want more of Jesus and less of us.

Shamar Corporate Fast Outline

Fasting is not about starvation, it's about divine pursuit. Fasting is the posture of a people who follow the example of Jesus Christ. This month we set aside our plate not to weaken ourselves, but to ignite and stir a deeper hunger for the Lord.

Presenting the Fast Each Morning:

Begin every day by presenting your fast before the Lord in prayer.

“Father, today I offer You this fast. I set apart my hunger as pursuit of You.”

This would be the time you present your prayer petitions

Closing the fast each evening:

Before you introduce food, close your fast in prayer.

“Lord, I thank You for sustaining me today. I close this fast in Your presence and receive this meal with gratitude.”

This daily rhythm reminds us fasting is more than withholding — it is an exchange of natural hunger for supernatural hunger.
