The Connections Director serves as a key leader in cultivating a welcoming, Christ-centered environment at The Glory Hub of Aurora. This role is responsible for leading and developing a team that represents God’s Kingdom by carrying the values and vision of the house in every interaction. My purpose is to equip and encourage the serving team to reflect the humility, honor, joy, unity, and love of Christ. Through intentional and attentive serving, we steward an atmosphere that is warm, peaceful, safe and inviting—ensuring that every person who enters feels seen, valued, and genuinely connected to the house or to the church. Overseeing the coordination of the Connections team, proactively guiding guests and members by providing assistance with seating, directions to children’s ministry, restrooms, and information about current or upcoming events.
